1 · Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [cutoff time] or on weekends begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when your order ships.
2 · Where we ship
We ship hemp-derived CBD to all 50 U.S. states. Hemp CBD with under 0.3% THC is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, but a few states apply extra rules. If you're in Idaho, choose a 0% THC (non-detect) product. We currently do not ship internationally. See our state-by-state legality guide for details.

4 · Carriers & delivery estimates

5 · Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
6 · Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then contact us. If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo (for damage) within [7] days of the delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
7 · Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly, but we'll always try to help — reach out as soon as you notice.
