1 · Our guarantee
CBD works better for some dogs than others — the science is promising, not proven, and we say so. So we take the risk, not you. Give any Dogs For CBD product an honest try, and if your dog isn't calmer within 30 days of delivery, email us for a full refund of the product price. Because it's a consumable you've opened, you don't need to ship anything back.
2 · How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the name on the order.
- A quick note on how it went helps us improve — but it's not required.
We'll confirm and process your refund — no hoops, no restocking fee.
3 · When you'll see the money
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within [5–10] business days of approval. How fast it appears after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
4 · Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If something arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within [7] days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
5 · Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription anytime before your next renewal — just email [email protected] or use the link in your order emails. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund an order that has already shipped, but the 30-day guarantee above still applies to it.
6 · What isn't covered
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Products bought from a third-party reseller (contact them for their policy).
- Obvious abuse of the guarantee (for example, repeated refunds on repeated orders).
